  • 5 liter water
  • 300 ml sodium cristals
  • 5 tablespoons brown soap heaped
  • 40 drops citronella essential oil
  • 40 drops geranium essential oil
  • 40 drops Bergamot essential oil
  • 3 tbsp salt

  1. Heat up a large pot with the water and add 5 tablespoons heaped with the brown soap. Then add the soda crystals and salt.

  2. Stir occasionally so the soap blends with the water.

  3. When the soap is almost blended, you'll see a layer on top of the water. Add the drops of essential oil, stir and cover with a lid.

  4. When all the soap is diluted, you can turn of the heat.

  5. Let is cool down while stirring once in a while.

  6. You can use a funnel to poor the substance in old bottles.

  7. Use one measure cap for one machine. Vinagre can be used as a softener and with very dirty clothes I add a bit of soda crystals directly in the soap compartiment.
