Yin Sequence

Even a short yin sequence in the morning can set your day on the right cheerful track.

Start with closing your eyes and examen your body from the inside out. Take a few deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.


Use a pillow, some blankets or a long cushion if you have one. After entering the pose, let go of the form and dive into the more subtle feelings and observations.

 

 

 

 

savasanaDon’t skip your savasana! Stay for a few minutes with your eyes closed until thoughts become almost unnoticed and the body feels relaxed.
